In the spirit of sharing, I had to put a post together to share with you all about a new designer I stumbled across today, and her name is Emily Marlin. According to her website, Emily has a passion for handmade objects, and is inspired by colours, shapes and surface design, which led to her creating her own homewares and furniture collection. And let me tell you, from what I have seen, they are BEAUTIFUL.
Emily has a range of coffee and side tables, and being a fan of monochrome, I was instantly drawn to her stunning collection. The collection features coffee and side tables with black or white tops and a Terrazzo style detailing within them, which can be mixed and matched, or created with a custom colour pallet to create a truly unique piece of furniture.
Stunning right?! Im a little bit obsessed with the Darkside coffee table, and I think I might have to add the side tables into some of my next client projects.. These would fit so seamlessly into a simplistic and modern room.
As if this wasn't enough, Emily also has a lighting range and a selection of coasters and placemats! So if you're not in the market for any new furniture at the moment, be sure to check out her homeware range. The coasters in particular would make a great Christmas gift to any interior lover.
